MALOSSI 31 8237 CYLINDER Ø65 IN ALUMINIUM

We make our products with the utmost attention to the quality of the materials and the precision of the workmanship.

We use a primary alloy of high silicon and quenched and tempered aluminum, with a barrel that features a silicon carbide overlay in a galvanic nickel matrix, for strength and durability.

To obtain perfectly smooth surfaces and very narrow tolerances, the barrel is subjected to a cross-polishing with two passages of diamonds, using high precision numerical control machine tools.

The cylinder-piston couplings are selected with a tolerance of just 0.05 mm, to ensure perfect sealing and maximum efficiency.

Finally, the heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and increased, to improve the overall performance of the product and guarantee top performance at all times.
